Chapter Leader Kanuel Gavrin is in charge of the Tavrick's Landing Breland First Chapter LTL052. His leadership has lead to a crackdown on crime in Lower Tavrick's Landing, especially smuggling and drugs. This has apparently greatly reduced the amount of drugs and illegal magic items and illusory food entering the city while only slightly increasing entry times. As such the Sharn Council has approved full cooperation with the Town Watch and Merchant Guild.
