Chenth

Chenth is a 59 year old female dragonborn with rugged bronze scales, a bright red striped and black striped frill, and golden eyes.

She stands 172cm (5'7") tall and has a beefy build with a diamond-shaped, though asymmetrical face only made worse by her sporadic squints.

She is a bookie and money manager for Daask, especially considering Cog Fights. She is generally accompanied by Lukmil (Imp) and Reji (Troll). Lukmil handles the money and will turn invisible and run with it if danger rears. Reji smash danger.

Bookie office in "Lower Dura" technically, but has a secretish exit that leads directly to the cogs.
