Mishann is sick due to complications with her pregnancy. She is almost always reading and she is a devout follower of the six. When Toox is filling in for her shes less bookish and more conniving.
She and Sariel are both wanted by King's Dark Lanterns. Mishann for inciting a Cyran protest at a Breland First riot (officially it's other way around(Cyran riot at BF protest)).
