Rescued by the party from Mallora shortly before The Mourning . As a side effect of his torture at her hands he became obsessed with the Draconic Prophecy, and the party's part in it. He attempted to blow up the base of Dalannan Tower by building a nefarious device in his apartment near the bottom of Middle Menthis.
